Metal foil blanket insulation for high operating
temperature protection.

|
For many applications,
especially for protection from high operating temperatures, metal covered
insulation blankets are preferred. We are capable of rigidizing, forming,
and welding various metals from .002 to.010 thick. These metals typically
include aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and nichrome. |

Hi-Temp Insulation's
metal foil rigidizing method provides advantages over other methods. When
fed into the rigidizer the two rollers impart grooves into the foil which
gather the material rather than embossing it. Our method provides additional
material, which, during the forming process, prevents the foil from thinning
or tearing and produces a stronger finished part. |
