Receiving customer furnished date from our password protected FTP site, our
Catia / Auto Cad operators translate and load the data into our CNC equipment,

Used to machine masters from high-density polyurethane foams, fabricate
aluminum mock-ups and shop aids, and trim composite lay-ups.
- 3 Axis NC Mill 40"(x) X 20"(y) X 20"(z).
Machining composites, high-density polyurethane foam, and aluminum, this
machine fabricates steel fixtures, tools and mock-ups.
- CNC Lathe 1 5/8" Diameter. Fabricates fastening hardware,
i.e. capstans and spacers, used on assembly fixtures and production parts.
